Hi guys this is still the same blog SEXY MUSCLE DUDES blog as it was before.

Just thought I would change the look of the blog before the new year and implement a few changes to give the blog less of a dark feel and make it a bit more airy and light. Kind of a spring clean in anticipation of the spring!
